About

Entri Come Amici, Vada Come Famiglia

Cacicia’s (Kah-She-Shuhs) is the passion of Shane & Michelle Anderson and family. Shane began his love of cooking early as a child in his grandmother’s kitchen. A strong and talented woman, his grandmother Nonna taught him the secrets of authentic Sicilian family recipes that have been passed down for over a hundred years. Nonna would cook for the whole family and penned her own cookbook in the early 50′s. In honor of her and their heritage, Shane carries on the tradition and a dream. A dream to focus on innovation and creating the highest quality food fare by marrying amazing family recipes with a forward thinking model on how to share delicious food and create a unique dining experience. Shane and Michelle proudly support and work with local growers and Idaho businesses, building a sustainable model for a new culture of unbelievably fresh and flavorful home cooked meals that started as an innovative food truck and has paved the way for a beautiful restaurant at The Village in Meridian.

Let us share our family’s tradition of cooking fresh and colorful food for the people we love.
